The Feral Society: HOWL · Founding cohort · January 2027

You've done the work. Your body didn't get the memo.

You can name every pattern you have. You're still living inside them. HOWL is six weeks inside the Feral Method, the four-part somatic practice I created, with 12–15 women who are done figuring it out alone.

Woman in black clothing posing against a red background

Jessica Noële, founder of the Feral Method. Reiki Master for 15 years. Somatic practitioner. Twenty years as a creative director. I built the Feral Method because I needed it.

I have a feeling you're tired. Same.

You've read the books. You can explain your attachment style at a dinner party. You have a morning routine we're all cleverly calling a "ritual" now so we'll actually do it.

And somehow the same thing keeps happening. Same fight. Same ceiling. Same 2am lap around the question of whether you're actually good at this, or just very, very good at holding it together.

Knowing why you do it hasn't stopped you from doing it. That's your sign the pattern is stored somewhere your thinking can't reach.

Your body. It's been in your body the whole time.

Six weeks of working with it, alongside women who get it, is exactly what HOWL is for.

The Feral Method

Four modalities. One order. Built because I needed it.

After 15 years of Reiki and movement, I kept watching women (me included) get the insight and lose it by Tuesday. So I built a sequence where each step does a job the others can't, and nothing gets left in your head.

01

Arrive. Drop out of the to-do list and into the room you're actually sitting in.

Meditation

02

Empty the noise onto the page, fast and unedited, so you can hear what's underneath it.

Automatic Writing
Somatic Movement

03

Find where the story lives in your body and let it move. Cry, shake, lie on the floor. Get weird.

Reiki Integration

04

Clear what came loose. Settle into what's left, which turns out to be you.

"The sequence is perfectly designed and timed… I have truly felt like a new, embodied woman at the end of each practice."

Who's holding the room

Hi, I'm Jess.

I kept my three lives in separate rooms for fifteen years.

By day I was a creative director and brand strategist, twenty years of making brands feel like something. By night I was a Reiki Master and movement teacher (yoga, pole, dance), quietly doing energy work, teaching movement and never once mentioning it in a meeting.

Feral Attuned is what happened when I stopped keeping them apart. The Feral Method came out of my own body first. I needed a way back in that didn't feel like another self-improvement project, so I built one.

I'm not up here enlightened, I promise. I'm doing this next to you, mid-mess, mid-question, same as you. I've just spent a very long time learning how to hold the room while we do it.

Why women trust me with the parts they don't show anyone

01

Cry, rage, laugh, or lie on the floor and do nothing. I read the room and follow what's true. You never have to perform being okay.

"She creates an incredibly safe container for exploration and reconnecting with your highest self." — Karson

A room where nothing gets bypassed

02

As a Reiki Master, I can usually find where something is stuck before you have words for it. That's where we start.

"After just 20 minutes she pin pointed the energy blockage I had in my body and allowed me to realize what I should be focusing on." — Amanda

Grounded in a real,
busy life

03

Twenty years leading creative teams taught me what capable-and-depleted feels like from the inside. Everything I teach has to work on a regular Tuesday.

"The classes meet me exactly where I'm at, yet challenge me to grow." — Victoria

Four weeks into Feral.

"Over the past 4 weeks, The Feral Experience has quite literally transformed my life… I worked up the courage to confront this person and set boundaries, which was never even a consideration in the past. I truly think Feral has allowed me to work through and release blockages in my body to have made this happen."

The Feral Society: HOWL

Six weeks. A small pack. The parts of you that have been waiting for permission.

Group of people in long dresses gathered in a grassy field beneath a dramatic red sunset sky

You've done the
solo version.

The books, the journaling, the podcast at 11pm while you fold laundry. HOWL puts the Feral Method in a room with 12–15 women for six weeks, so you practice being seen while you're being seen.

Each week we move through one thread, in the body, with the full method: Self-care, worthiness, being seen, feeling loved and receiving.

HOWL is for you if…

  • You lost yourself somewhere between capable and impressive.

  • You keep almost. Almost visible, almost ready, almost saying the thing.

  • You've held it together so long you forgot what it feels like to be held.

  • You've been doing your healing in private, like it's something to be embarrassed about.

Before you ask

Do I need to know anything about Reiki or somatics?

No. You don't need to understand how Reiki works or believe in anything. You just need to show up and let your body do its part.

What actually happens each week?

We take one thread and move through the full Feral Method with it: meditation, automatic writing, somatic movement, Reiki. Each week ends with that thread settled in your body.
