A SELF-GUIDED FERAL EXPERIENCE - NO LONGER HER
FOR THE WOMAN WHO’S DONE BECOMING.
You've read the books. Done the healing. Identified the patterns. Unpacked your childhood. Journaled your way through approximately 47 versions of yourself.
You know exactly why you do the things you do.
And somehow, you're still doing them.
Still saying yes when your entire body is screaming no. Still shrinking to make everyone else comfortable. Still waiting to become the version of yourself who's finally ready to live the life she wants.
How much more work are we going to do before we actually start living?
Welcome to No Longer Her.
A 60-minute, self-guided Feral Experience to meet the woman you've outgrown, release the roles you've been carrying, and begin choosing who you're willing to be now.
60 minutes. Four practices. One hell of a decision.
$27 · Self-guided digital experience • Yours to keep
YOU KNOW HER. YOU'VE BEEN HER.
She's the woman who says "it's fine" when it is very much not fine.
The one who can hold space for everyone else's feelings but needs approximately three business days to identify her own. She has boundaries. Beautiful ones. Written in her journal. Practiced in therapy. Occasionally even communicated, And then someone gets disappointed, and suddenly she's available on Saturday.
She's spent years working on herself. She knows her attachment style, her triggers, her childhood wounds, and probably her rising sign.
She's self-aware as fuck.
And she's tired.
Tired of understanding why she keeps doing things she doesn't want to do. Tired of promising herself that next time will be different. Tired of waiting until she's healed enough, confident enough, ready enough.
Somewhere along the way, working on herself became another way to put her life on hold.
Sound painfully familiar?
Good. You're in the right place.
WHAT IF YOU'RE ALREADY READY?
What if you know enough about your past to make a different decision about your future?
What if the version of you who got you through everything was never meant to run the whole damn show?
She protected you. She kept the peace. She learned how to be useful, agreeable, accomplished, needed, and whatever else the room required.
And for a long time, those things served you.
But you've changed.
Your wants have changed. Your tolerance has changed. Your definition of a life well lived has changed.
And some part of you knows that the woman you've been is no longer the woman you want to keep being.
You can love who she was and still be finished being her.
That's where No Longer Her begins.
ONE HOUR.
FOUR PRACTICES.
ALL OF YOU.
This is the Feral Method.
A combination of guided meditation, automatic writing, somatic movement, and Reiki, created to help you move beyond understanding your patterns and experience what it feels like to choose differently.
01 / Meeting the self you've outgrown
Guided meditation
We begin by bringing you into your body and inviting you to meet the version of yourself you've been carrying.
You'll explore what she's been holding, where those old habits still show up in your body, and whether you're willing to keep living by the same rules.
02 / Where desire becomes decision
Automatic Writing
One prompt. Pen keeps moving. You write down exactly who you're done being, in your own handwriting, so she can't slide back in later dressed up as "growth."
03 / LET YOUR BODY HAVE A SAY
Somatic Movement
Movements that take the decision out of your head and put it in your spine, your arms, your feet. We'll explore boundaries, shedding, refusal, choice, and the physical experience of taking up your own space.
No choreography. No mirrors. No dancing ability required.
Move at your own pace, adapt what you need, and let your body join the conversation.
04 / CLAIM WHAT COMES NEXT
Closing visualization + Reiki integration
We close at a threshold.
Behind you is the woman you've known and ahead of you is space for the woman you're choosing to be.
Through guided visualization and a Reiki-inspired energetic integration, you'll have time to acknowledge what your former self carried, reconnect with your decision, and settle into the feeling of moving forward.
WHY I CREATED THIS.
Lately, I've been thinking a lot about the second half of my life.
What I want it to look like. What I want it to feel like. What I want to spend my time doing and, perhaps most importantly, who and what gets access to me along the way.
And the more I sit with those questions, the more I realize how much of my life I've spent being really fucking good at being who I thought I needed to be.
The capable one. The accommodating one. The woman who could figure it out, hold it together, and make it work.
I've learned a lot from her. I owe her a lot, actually. But I'm also realizing that I don't have to spend the rest of my life operating by the rules that got me through the first half and I have absolutely no interest in waiting another decade to give myself permission to live differently.
That's why I created No Longer Her.
For the women who can feel something shifting, even if they can't quite explain it yet.
For the women who have spent years figuring themselves out and are ready to actually experience themselves.
For the women who are ready to stop making a lifelong project out of becoming someone they're finally allowed to be.
I'm right there with you.
— Jessica, founder of Feral Attuned
WHAT YOU'RE REALLY TAKING HOME
Clarity about what you're finished with.
An opportunity to name the roles, patterns, and expectations you've outgrown, without turning them into another six-month self-improvement project.
A felt experience of choosing differently.
Practice what a boundary, a refusal, and a decision feel like in your own body, so you have something tangible to reconnect with when real life comes knocking.
Permission to stop auditioning for your own life.
You get to decide what matters to you, what you're available for, and which parts of your old story no longer get the final word.
A practice you can return to.
Because old habits can be persistent little assholes. Having a familiar space to revisit your decisions can help you reconnect with what matters.
This is an experience to support reflection and practice,
rather than a promise of permanent change in 60 minutes.
THIS HAS YOUR NAME
ALL OVER IT IF...
You've spent so much time understanding your patterns that you've forgotten to ask yourself what you actually want.
You're the dependable, capable, emotionally aware woman everyone counts on, and you're starting to wonder when it's your turn.
You can feel a chapter closing, but you're still holding on to the version of yourself who lived there.
You're craving a deeper connection with your body, your intuition, and your own damn decisions.
You're ready to explore what happens when you stop asking everyone else for permission.
You don't have to arrive knowing who you're going to be next.
Just come willing to tell yourself the truth.

A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING
-
Nope. Everything is guided. You can come in with years of experience or absolutely no idea what any of those words mean. Curiosity is plenty.
-
There is no choreography and no performance. The movement is an invitation to explore sensation and choice. You're encouraged to adjust, rest, skip movements, or work within your own comfortable range. But also consider, why not?
-
Perfectly fine. This experience begins with exploring what you're no longer willing to carry. You can leave the five-year plan at home.
-
No. Feral Experiences are personal reflection and wellness practices, not psychotherapy or medical treatment. They can complement professional support but are not a replacement for it.
-
No. You can approach the closing practice as a spiritual experience, an opportunity for quiet reflection, or simply time to rest and integrate what you've explored.
ONE LAST THING.
You don't have to hate the woman you've been to be ready to let her go. She got you here. Through the heartbreaks. The hard conversations. The years you weren't quite sure who you were allowed to be.
She did what she knew how to do.
And now?
You get to choose differently.
You get to have wants. Boundaries. Opinions. A life that feels like yours. You get to be a woman who trusts herself enough to make the damn decision. And you get to start right here.
