Meditation & Visualization

We regulate before we do anything else.

We begin by calming the nervous system and lowering cognitive noise. Guided meditation and visualization move the body out of fight-or-flight and into a state where real work can happen.

This supports:

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Stress and anxiety reduction

  • Emotional safety and grounded focus

This is the foundation. Skip this, and everything else leaks.


Free Writing/Journaling

Before the body armors, we let it speak.

Once regulated, we move immediately into intuitive, unedited writing. This isn’t journaling for insight—it’s somatic expression.

The body unloads sensation, emotion, and truth onto the page before it has to store it again.

This supports:

  • Emotional release without overwhelm

  • Mental clarity without overprocessing

  • Intuition without performance

What doesn’t move here will ask to be held somewhere else.


Somatic Movement

Now the body finishes what it started.

Movement is slow, intuitive, and sensation-led. There’s no choreography to follow and nothing to “get right.”

This is trauma-informed somatic movement designed to unwind holding patterns, discharge stored stress, and restore agency inside the body.

Reiki & Energetic Integration

We seal the work so it lasts.

Reiki is not an add-on here, it’s the integration point.
